Exploring Mindfulness:

 

 

 

A word that comes up very often now. Translated as awareness, direction of attention. Directing attention where and to what? To any object of the internal or external world. Full presence in the moment, involvement in the experience without attempts to evaluate. What is mindfulness and what is not, let's figure it out.

 

Mindfulness is:

 

1. Recognize your feelings, but don't get caught up in them

2. Identify your true nature, and not associate yourself with your feelings, mistakes and past experiences

3. Identity disclosure

4. A way to cultivate happiness that is suitable for everyone.

 

This is not Minefulness:

 

1. Try to empty your mind and stop thinking

2. Relaxation technique that relaxes you

3. Escape from yourself (from your personality)

4. A way to live without planning.

 

The main ingredient in the Mindfulness recipe is the present moment, but this is not concentration on the present moment of time as such, the moment itself cannot be retained, it passes. What you need to do is concentrate on your experience that is happening at this particular moment in time. You can concentrate on what you do, hear, see, feel. And we will sequentially analyze those simple Mindfulness techniques that you can use regularly in your daily life in order to fill it with awareness, health, spiritual growth, respect and love for yourself and the world around you.
