The ideal proportion for inhalation and exhalation is (one deep breath in 5 counts: one deep even exhalation in 5 counts), but this is possible. It is important that the breathing rhythm does not change , choose a count that you can maintain throughout the practice, with time and constant practice you will be able to increase the length of your inhalation and exhalation. The main goal of this technique is to reduce mental chatter and distractions.
