120 hour course format for yoga instructors includes: The first and third weeks of offline training (Monday-Saturday from 08.00-17.00, classes in the studio from teachers)

Second week - online training, 25 hours of video material plus practical homework, which provides feedback from the teacher in the form of recommendations for personal practice.

RANJOT SINGH SETHI (INDIA)

DIRECTOR OF HATHA YOGA COURSE AT ANADI YOGA SCHOOL IN RUSSIA

Regularly conducts Seminars and Courses for yoga teachers. Teaches in the classical Indian style (hatha yoga, mantropenia, pranayama, meditation)

Born in the family of the famous spiritual mentor Sant Sujan Singh Ji in Delhi.He began his path in yoga with Bhakti and Jyana yoga.

In 2008, in Rishikesh, Ranjot began studying classical yoga in the tradition of the Bihar school.

Until 2013, I was trained in hatha, vinyasa yoga, pranayama and meditation by Swami Sudhiranand, a famous yoga teacher with more than 20 years of experience, received a teaching certificate from his school.

In the same period, Ranjot discovered Tibetan singing bowls, creating his own unique “Nirvana Yoga” style is a unique combination of the Hatha Yoga complex with the use of vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls in the meditative part of the practice.

Regularly receives training from well-known Gurus in India and Nepal, participates in international conferences and symposia.

In June 2016, he was one of three hundred participants in the International Yoga Congress, famous in the world of yoga for body &Beyond in Delhi.

Also in 2016, he studied in Nepal (in the tradition of Swami Rama), in the Hansada Yoga ashram, under the guidance of Rishikumar Swami Panchel and Swami Uttamananda, thereby bringing his practice to a more advanced level

In 2018, she took part in major yoga festivals in Russia.
