If you have long dreamed of going to India to study authentic yoga (asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra, yoga nidra, Vedic rituals, philosophy of yoga sutras), touch this sacred science, receive the light of sacred knowledge from sanyasis (monks devoting their life spiritual development), then this course is especially for you!
The course program is structured in such a way that you have the opportunity to receive, along with traditional Eastern knowledge, Western scientific knowledge about the practice of yoga (anatomy and physiology, injury safety in the practice of asanas and teaching methodology)
We organize a course on the territory of a traditional Vedic Ashram and Gurukul (School for training young monks) on the banks of the sacred Ganges, which means that for 25 days you will live and study in a satvic atmosphere, in space with high vibrations and special rules.
You need to understand that life in the Ashram presupposes discipline, respect, humility and a certain asceticism - everything that a real student of yoga needs to undergo in order to strengthen his spirit, body and mind.
During your stay in Rishikesh, you will also have the opportunity to explore the city and its many spiritual attractions. Rishikesh is home to many Gurus and is famous for its ashrams and temples standing on the banks of the holy Ganga.
The course is open to practitioners of all levels, whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi. The only requirement is a willingness to learn and an open mind.

Upon completion of training you will receive the International Certificate of the Yoga Alliance of the USA (200 hours), which is the world standard of quality in the field of yoga teaching.

The cost of the course for the first 07 registrants is $1200.
Then the cost of training will be $1,400.Upon registration, an advance payment of $200 is made, the remaining amount is paid in dollars in India on the day the course starts.

• Each student will act as a lead instructor in the practice of asanas for at least 5 hours in total during the workshop. During the class, presenters should show logical sequences of asanas and create a structured flow.
• Each student will act as a lead instructor in Asan class for 60 minutes.
• Each student will act as a lead instructor Pranayam class for 30 minutes.
• Students are recommended to keep a diary of their own achievements for determining the level of mastery of educational material.

Upon completion of the course, you will receive an International Certificate (200 hours of training), Anadi Yoga School (Rishikesh, India), accredited by the Yoga Alliance USA. This certificate gives you the right to conduct classes as a yoga instructor. To receive an international certificate at the end of the course, students are required to complete the entire training program, pass a written exam on the material covered and a practical exam in the form of a prepared lesson on Hatha Yoga as a teacher.
