General terms and conditions for students of our course
1. Participation in training
1.1. Attendance at the course is possible only for those who have completed and submitted the registration form for approval, made an advance payment ($200 - International courses / 8000 rubles - Courses in Russia) and subsequently received an official invitation to the course from the school director.
1.2. If, after three days from the date the school receives the registration form, the student has not paid in advance for the course, his registration form will be canceled.
1.3. The final decision to accept or reject the registration form rests with the school principal.
1.4. During the study period, the student is required to have health insurance.
2. Cost and payment
2.1. Receipt of payment for the course from the student is confirmed by a payment document issued by the school on the day the course begins
2.2. The cost of the course may vary for different students depending on the date of registration, special promotions or discounts provided at the discretion of the school
2.3. Only students who have paid full tuition are allowed to attend classes
3. Cancellation or deferment of participation in training
3.1. Prepayment for participation in training is not refundable in case of refusal or impossibility of training at the initiative of the student. At the discretion of the school director, this prepayment may be used for participation in future courses.
3.2. A 100% refund of the prepayment is possible only in case of cancellation of training at the initiative of the school.
3.3. The school is exempt from liability for failure to fulfill obligations to provide educational services if this was the result of natural phenomena, external objective factors and other force majeure circumstances for which the school administration is not responsible and cannot prevent the adverse impact.
4. Health
4.1. The student bears full responsibility for his mental and physical health and assumes all risks associated with determining possible physical activity, the type and nature of acceptable physical exercise. The school recommends that before starting training, you consult with a doctor about your health status and the presence of pregnancy, so that during the training process you follow the medical recommendations received.
4.2. The student is required to inform the teacher before the start of the course if there are any surgeries or injuries in the medical history
4.3. The student is obliged to listen and follow the instructions of the teacher
4.4. It is the student's responsibility to be careful when performing yoga practice and not to exceed his own physical and emotional limits. When performing physical exercises, you must stop if pain begins. When performing pranayamas (breathing techniques), dizziness should not be allowed; if present, stop the practice and notify the teacher.
4.5. If a student does not understand any technique that the teacher explained during the lesson, then after the end of the lesson he can ask the teacher a question
5. Responsibility
5.1. The school is not responsible for any injury, physical damage or loss of personal belongings while the student is studying
5.2. The student does not have the right to hold school teachers and staff liable for any damage or injury received during training
5.3. The school only works with high-level teachers, but students always run the risk of injury during physical practice. The student understands and accepts the risk of injury and, as such, will not hold the school liable if injured.
6. Requirements for obtaining an international certificate
6.1. The student must pay the full tuition fee.
6.2. The student is required to attend all classes of the course (100%). A valid reason for absence is poor health, of which the teacher must be notified in advance.
6.3. The student is obliged to comply with the ethical standards and rules of conduct of the school during his studies.
6.4. The student is required to pass a written exam (correct answers to 80% of questions or more)
6.5. The student has the right to retake the written exam if the first attempt is unsuccessful. If, when retaking the written exam, the correct answers are less than 80%, the student is not allowed to take the next practical exam (teaching a class as a teacher)
6.6. The student is required to pass a practical exam (teaching a class as a teacher) The student must pass a practical exam using the knowledge gained from the teacher during the course. It is the student's responsibility to show the instructor the final plan for their practical exam. Accept recommendations and obtain approval from the instructor. Without agreeing on the final lesson plan with the teacher, the student will not be allowed to take the practical exam.
6.7. The practical exam is assessed by course instructors. The presence of all course students during the practical exam is mandatory. The exception is for students whose exam is next in line. If a student shows an unsatisfactory result on the practical exam, he has one more attempt to retake it. After two unsuccessful attempts to pass the practical exam, the student has the opportunity to take the exam online in the future upon completion of the course (this also applies to injured students). The time for retaking the online exam is agreed upon with the teacher. Upon successful completion of the online certificate, the certificate will be sent to the student by courier delivery.
6.8. For those students whose purpose of participating in the course is not to obtain an International Certificate giving the right to conduct classes as an instructor, the school issues a certificate of participation in training without assigning the qualification of a yoga instructor. Such students do not take a written and practical exam. About the desire to receive a certificate of participation In training, the student is required to notify the school administration in the first week of training.
7. Rules of behavior at school during training
The school strives to provide an environment conducive to learning and growth and professionalism. Students are expected to behave politely and respectfully and to abide by the school's rules of conduct. The following may be grounds for inadmissibility to classes and expulsion from the school's student body, while tuition fees paid to the student are not refunded
7.1. Verbal or physical abuse of any person or behavior that threatens or endangers the health or safety of any person
7.2. Theft of school property or property of any student of the course
7.3. Intentional or reckless damage to property or property of course students
7.4. Possession or use of alcohol and drugs, smoking on school premises
7.5. Possession or use of any weapon on school premises
7.6. Harassment, sexual or otherwise, or intimidation of any student on the course. This includes any behavior that creates a hostile or offensive environment for any student, employee or guest of the school
7.7. Disturbing the classroom atmosphere, which may disturb other students and distract the teacher
7.8. Viewing news on the Internet during classes (students can only use gadgets to create videos and photos during class in order to record information)
8. Rules for being in the yoga room
8.1. The student must remove and leave their shoes before entering the yoga hall
8.2. You must come to class in comfortable sportswear
8.3. The student must arrive 5 minutes before the start of class; if the student is more than 15 minutes late, the student will not be allowed into class
8.4. If you are late, let the teacher finish opening the lesson (chanting the mantra) and only then enter the class
8.5. After finishing the lesson, carefully put away your rug, bolster and other equipment
9. Using photos and videos
9.1. The student agrees to the use that photographs and videos taken during training, seminars, retreats or classes may be used by the school for promotional purposes for posting on social networks and on the school website. By agreeing to these terms, students give full permission to publish these materials.
9.2. The school is not responsible for the use of photographs or videos taken by course students, teachers or other training participants.
9.3. Photographs and videos taken by students during training are considered for educational and personal use only. Sharing this information with third parties or for financial gain without the full permission of the school is strictly prohibited.
9.4. During training, the school staff takes professional video and photography; students receive these materials for their personal use.
10. Confidentiality
10.1. The school takes the privacy and security of student personal information very seriously
10.2. The information collected is used strictly by the school to provide educational services to students
10.3. Information submitted to the school may be shared with administrative staff and faculty solely for management and teaching purposes
10.4. Transfer of personal information of students for the purpose of sale to other companies is excluded
11. Policy Changes and Program Modifications
11.1. We may need to review and revise these terms and conditions. The School Administration reserves the right to review and change these terms and conditions at any time. If revised, changes will be posted on the website.
11.2. The school administration reserves the right to change the program or curriculum and select staff from a list of qualified teachers based on availability in each course.
12. Procedure for considering student complaints
12. 1.
